These terms cover digital items bought from the Doney Games store at doneygames.com, such as soundtracks and guides.
Who you are buying from
Checkout and payment are handled by Stripe, which acts as the merchant of record for store purchases: Stripe processes your payment, collects any sales tax or VAT, and issues your receipt. Doney Games makes the items and delivers your downloads.
What you get
Each purchase gives you a personal licence to download and enjoy the item for your own, non-commercial use, on any of your devices, for as long as you like. Please do not share, re-upload, resell or publicly distribute the files. Everything in the store stays the property of Doney Games.
Downloads
After paying you are taken to your order page with download links. Bookmark it: it gives you fresh links whenever you return. Your purchases are also listed in your library when you sign in with the email you paid with, or if you were signed in when you bought. If a guide gets a new edition, you can download it from your library at no cost.
Refunds
If a download does not work or an item is not as described, email hello@doneygames.com within 30 days of buying and we will fix the problem or refund you. This does not limit any rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
